Led by Cassandra “Cassie” Malgieri, who joined PPX in 2023, the Pâtisserie brings together a love of thoughtful baking and a knack for creating something special for every occasion. Working closely with PPX Events planners Courtney and Lindsay, Cassie helps bring dessert visions to life, from custom wedding cakes and dessert tables to pastries for smaller gatherings. Everything is made in-house, with the same care and attention whether it's a simple pickup order or a full-scale celebration.
